If you are ordering the prebuilt seats and not a seat build, a kit or solo cover then no you DO NOT. You only have to send us the stock seats when ordering a seat build. Please include your name in the box with your seats so we can match them to your order.

Our target time is 2-3 business days. Although that is not a guarantee, we understand that you need your seats to ride and do our best to keep your down time as short as possible. Please allow some extra time for “custom builds” since those are hand crafted and each one is a “one of”
Ship times may also be a little longer following any of our big sales.

Yes but here are some things you should consider:
-proper installation requires specialty tools like a steamer or heat gun, pneumatic stapler, hole puncher, razors/cutters/cutoff wheel, a torch, upholstery glue - not everyone has these available to them or knows how to use them
- a professional upholstery shop will have prior experience installing upholstery and working with all the above tools, some of this may seem easier than it actually is
- a kit that is not properly installed may cause premature failure or may not function as it was designed to.

We will only warranty seats that were installed by us. The warranty only covers the foam against any deformation or damage. We do not warranty the grip covers including the stitching. We do not warranty the seat bases. We will review certain situations on a case-by-case bases but reserve the right to decline warranty claims at our discretion. We do not warranty “wear and tear” or damage that occurred due to crashes or concrete.

Yes, we send our seats all over the world. Our website will calculate international shipping at check out based on your shipping address.
